We now tag every compressor, heat pump component, and boiler part with its installation date and cost center. That data is gold.
Second: Education is better than budget shortcuts. An informed customer—or in my case, an informed internal stakeholder—asks better questions and makes faster decisions. When I presented the TCO analysis to my finance director, she didn't push back. She said, 'Why didn't we do this earlier?'
Third: Reputation matters. The Bosch name carries weight for a reason—German engineering, reliability, and a track record that shows up in your ledger as fewer failures, fewer emergency repairs, and fewer uncomfortable conversations with clients.
